Kelly Dempsey, lead instructional technologist, and Abby Grace Drake, visiting assistant professor of biology, gave two presentations at the Educause Learning Initiative Feb. 9-12 in Anaheim, Calif. The sessions were titled 鈥淎 Math Class Flips over Blended, Team-Based Learning,鈥� and described the redesign of Math 100, which has evolved from a lecture format to a team-based approach that features interactive lectures, team applications, and pre-recorded and posted lectures.
