Student Applicants and Employees

The maximum total earnings during the Academic year for students is $4,000.

F-1 Visa holders may not exceed 20 hours of total employment per week while school is in session. Although, during the Fall and Spring semesters all students must follow the max. earnings policy of $4,000 per Academic Year.

Sign in to the Student Employment Dashboard (Oracle) via Okta in the link below to find a job, review your recently applied jobs; complete all your paperwork electronically; and/or access your timesheet.

Important Dates
 
Wednesday, September 4, 2024 The first day students may begin working on campus for the academic year.
Thursday, December 19, 2024 The last day students may work on campus for the fall semester.
Tuesday, January 21, 2025 The first day that students may begin working on campus for the spring semester.
Thursday, May 8, 2025 The last day students may work on campus for the spring semester.

Note: Students are not able to work through student employment during winter or summer break.

Incoming First-Year Students

It is College policy that all incoming first-year students work within Dining Services. An email will be sent to all students who are awarded work-study at the end of June or early July. The email will inform the students of the required employment forms, a Dining Services questionnaire, and other employment information.
